On Thursday March 3rd, Friday March 4th and Saturday March 5th the mosaic artist, Laurel True, will be at the Hayes Valley Playground to install tiles onto the mosaic seat walls. Laurel is an inspiring and amazing person who has done public art in many places; Ghana and Haiti among the most recent. Please visit her website to see her work: www.truemosaics.com

On the Thursday – the first day – within the first hour, she will need to unload her materials and start processing the tile to be used. Extra muscle would be appreciated for that time.
She will be on site working from 10AM to 4PM each day.
It’s possible to do several hours of volunteer time up to volunteering each day all day. We appreciate any amount of time you can give to help out with this installation.
