On Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Koshland Park and Garden (located at the corner of Page Street and Buchanan Street), there will be a workday in the park and garden. CommunityGrows staff and volunteers will be working from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM weeding, planting, sweeping, pruning, picking up trash, mulching and making the park and garden shine. All are welcome. Please join CommunityGrows. Please wear layered, comfortable work-clothes and closed-toed shoes. Juice and snacks will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own bottled water. CommunityGrows looks forward to spending some time with you to make this park beautiful for our youth programs!
