As a result of a July HVNA meeting and the City initiative to eliminate traffic fatalities by 2024, SFMTA is moving forward with with specific steps to make pedestrians more visible to car drivers and cyclists. After a lengthy traffic study last year, and community outreach, these changes will be implemented by 2016.
