A new development, at the corner of Fell and Laguna Streets, was presented at a neighborhood outreach meeting, Wednesday evening, July 29. Approximately 110 units, including 2 and 3 bedrooms for families, will be car-free. It is hoped there will be on-site child care, extra bike parking for families, a community garden, and other onsite amenities to assist in raising a family in the center of our city.
