  “FIGHT LIKE A GIRL” Self-Defense Workshop

  Self Defense Workshop for young girls.

  In partnership with Larkin Bukido and our local professional boxers, Scholar's Youth Sorority is hosting a 'Fight Like A Girl' workshop.

  'Fight Like A Girl' is a three part workshop introducing girls and their families to the benefits of self-defense. The workshop is for girls ages 7-18 years old and will include small break-out groups for

  - Hold Releases

  -Basic Defense Strategies

  -Direct Combat Techniques (Boxing)

  This is an opportunity for parents to see the diversity in the physical programs avilable to our young ladies.
