The SF Government’s Community Partners Group and Community Branch-COVID Command Center have put together this COVID-19 Vaccine Toolkit, a suite of documents created to keep you and your community up-to-date on the latest information surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine and its distribution.

We also wanted to highlight an opportunity to sign up for a text or email notification from the City alerting you when you are eligible to sign up for the vaccine. Please sign up at this link, which can also be accessed by typing the URL “sf.gov/vaccinenotify” into your preferred browser. Please note, this system is just designed to alert you when you can sign up for a vaccine—it may still be months until some community members are notified that they can sign up.
