Approval of Task Force Minutes of February 23, 2012. (Discussion and possible action.)

Community Outreach. (Discussion.) The Task Force will review current and future outreach activities.

Mapping. (Discussion and possible action.) The Task Force will hear public input and modify the working draft map developed on March 12, 2012. [attachment: Working Draft Map 3/12/12]

Task Force Work Plan. (Discussion and possible action.) The Task Force must complete redrawing district lines before April 15, 2012. The Task Force will discuss the work it intends to complete prior to that date, including the format of its final map and report, the compilation of public comment it has received, and interim deadlines and milestones.

Task Force Budget. (Discussion and possible action.) The Task Force will review its current budget and expenses.

Task Force Member Reports. (Discussion and possible action.) Individual members of the Task Force will report on their work assignments and discussions with members of the public or public officials concerning the Task Force’s future work. Work assignments include: data (Member Pilpel), social media (Member Schreiber), ambassadorship (Chair McDonnell), and scheduling of meetings (Member Tidwell).

Public Comment. Members of the public may address the Task Force on matters that are within the Task Force’s jurisdiction, but not on today’s agenda.

Future Agenda Items. (Discussion and possible action.)
