Eco, civic, youth, education, artistic and social justice groups converge to urge the public to use green, sustainable practices in daily life. Speakers include Rev. Cecil Williams, Sherry Glaser, Rabbi Michael Lerner, Dolores Huerta and Twilight star Chaske Spencer, whose organization, Shift The Power to The People, aims to reduce poverty and create flourishing communities. Sila, Non Stop Bhangra, Afrolicious and others perform. Organic and raw food, green jobs info and workshops on rainwater, worm farming, tree grafting and yoga. Electric & alternative cars and eco-fashions on display.
