DMV, Employment Development Department, CalFresh, Department of Public Health, Department of Insurance, Franchise Tax Board, Department of Education, etc). Update and Q&A with Chris Block, Director of the Chronic Homelessness Initiative, All In Campaign. All In is a public engagement effort of Tipping Point Community, a non-profit dedicated to fighting poverty in the Bay Area. The campaign is a part of the Chronic Homelessness Initiative, the organization’s $100 million commitment to cut chronic homelessness in San Francisco in half from 2017 to 2022.
