Request for Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code Sections 303(c), 303.1, 703.4, and 249.35A to establish a Formula Retail Grocery store (d.b.a. Trader Joe’s). The project is located within the RTO (Residential Transit Oriented) and Hayes Valley NCT (Neighborhood Commercial Transit) Zoning Districts, the 40-X/50-X Height and Bulk District, and the Fulton Street Grocery Store Special Use District. A Planning Commission approval at the public hearing would constitute the Approval Action for the project for the purposes of CEQA, pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h).
